At ComForCare Home Care Washtenaw-Livingston, we don’t just hire caregivers — we welcome people with big hearts, strong work ethics, and a genuine commitment to helping others live with dignity and comfort.
We are not a standard 9–5 agency — schedules are created based on each client’s individual needs and wants, and we do adhere to their preferences. Shifts can range anywhere from 1 to 14 hours, and no two schedules look the same.
We proudly serve Washtenaw County, Livingston County, and the city of Belleville — with our main base of clients located in Washtenaw County. All caregivers must be prepared to travel into Washtenaw County, if they are applying outside the area.
What You’ll Do:

- Provide companionship and conversation
- Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
- Maintain a safe environment and follow care plans
- Support mobility and transfers
- Communicate observations and changes to the office promptly
- …and more
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring, dependable, and professional nature
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (required)
- Reliable transportation, valid ID, and verifiable car insurance (hard requirement)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Minimum travel time requirement: You must be willing and able to travel up to 30 minutes for assignments. This does not mean you will always travel that far, but it is a requirement for placement flexibility.

- $1,000 New Hire Bonus (details provided during interview)
- Flexible schedules — work the hours that fit your life
- Supportive, respectful management
- Opportunities for advancement
- Recognition and rewards for outstanding work
